"Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today" James Dean
My name is Angelina Rose Cecilia Chalmers. My favorite color is periwinkle. I am currently a student at Delaware County Community College. My major is psychology, but I'll probably end up being a nurse. I work along side the nurses, my job is to transport the patients throughout the hospital in beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs (I take them from room to room, test to test, to and from surgery, and sometimes even to the morgue).
Right now I'm stuck at a fork in the road on the path of life. I can either pursue the art field and follow my passion for creativity, or I can become a nurse and conquer my desire to help others. I turn to art in all my deepest moments. I stumbled upon a career called art therapy, which combines my two passions. But, many people (mainly the nurses I'm surrounded by) laugh and say there's not many jobs for that out there, and that nursing is the best route.
I also love to write. In high school I got a job just because they thought my resume was very creative.
Writing helps me understand the way I think and the world around me. My first boyfriend and I both were best at expressing ourselves through written words. So during our breakup, most of our words were through frustrating letters past in English class. When it was officially done I sent him a get well card in the mail.
My favorite writer is always the book I'm reading at the moment. My favorite type of writing is sci fi-fantasy. I'm so intrigued by myths and legends, I believe creative stories expand the mind. When I was little, I use to whisper into everyone's ear that I was a fairy. I'm always in a dreamland, drifting through reality.
